Kavala Perfumes guarantees you the opportunity to return or exchange the product if it does not suit your taste, as you will receive samples of the product for you to try.

Terms and conditions for benefiting from the Golden Guarantee Policy:

• The trial is for sample purposes only. The perfume must be returned in its original, unopened condition.
• If the perfume box is opened, the warranty will be void.
• The sample has the same scent as the original perfume, so only the sample should be tried. Do not open the original perfume.
• The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 3 days from the time the order is received by the shipping company.
• Upon receipt of returned products from the shipping company, the products are inspected within a maximum period of two business days and the customer is responded to with acceptance or rejection of the return request. The inspection includes verifying the condition of the products.
• Electrical appliances (ventilators) are replaced in the event of a manufacturing defect, and cannot be returned after opening and use.
